Tasting Room. They only make wine from grapes grown at our place. They ferment with the wild yeasts that come in on the fruit. They nourish our soils with organic Gypsum and compost, balancing the pH of the soil. They weed by hand and machine instead of spraying, and treat the vines with only organic sprays. And they mow between the rows instead of harrowing, mowing the wild grasses so the nutrients return to the soil, also absorbing CO2 instead of adding to the atmosphere.
The Tasting Room is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We welcome you to join us from 11am to 7pm Sunday to Wednesday and 11am to 9pm Thursdays to Saturday. In our Tasting Room, not only can you sample our wines and enjoy our delicious bistro offerings, but you can also peruse a gallery of local artists and check out our weekly line-up of live music.

The first varietals were planted at the D.A.Ranch in 2002. The estate vineyards occupy seven acres of the D.A.Ranch with varietals that would thrive in the elevation and high-desert climate. Varietals on the property include Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Tannat and Seyval Blanc. The unique microclimate and terroir at the D.A.Ranch makes our 100% estate grown grapes and wines rich in minerals, earth and fruit characteristics.
Clear Creek Vineyard & Winery is the result of that dream. When he planted his vineyard, the goal was to use sustainable organic methods of growing grapes to make wine. He uses geese and chickens to get the weeds and bugs, uses the high nitrogen water from the bottom of the fish pond he built to irrigate his vineyard so he doesn’t have to purchase chemical fertilizers for his vineyard. He also seeds a cover crop between the vineyard rows with vetch, clover and peas that produce nitrogen so he doesn’t have to buy chemical fertilizers. The end result is a healthy vineyard that produces high quality grapes to make his wines. We invite you to visit Clear Creek Winery and taste our vintage wines.

In 2013, the Norton family selected an historic farm site in Camp Verde, Arizona as for our future vineyard and winery. Over the next three years we planted just over five acres of vines compatible with our growing season, soils and micro-climate.
Today, nestled in among pecan groves, pastures, small farms and produce stands, we are successfully growing six varietals. Primitivo, Montepulciano and Aglianico vines are planted in the former pasture where the soils are fertile and winter temperatures cold. Malvasia Bianca, Sangiovese, and Barbera vines are planted on the hillside where the soils are well-drained and the summer temperatures are warm.
